Front door: opens, closes, and latches properly. Locks: re-key or change between tenants. Light fixtures: all functional. Walls: note scuffs, holes, marks. Flooring: inspect for damage.

Kitchen

Caulk lines at countertop and sink base. Cabinet doors and drawers: hardware tight, operate smoothly. Appliances: functioning and clean. Faucet: no drip. Disposal: operational.

Bathrooms

Caulk lines: tub/shower surround, toilet base, sink. Grout: no significant damage. Faucets and fixtures: no drip. Toilet: flushes properly, no running. Exhaust fan: operational.

Bedrooms

Doors: open, close, and latch. Windows: open, close, and lock; screens intact. Ceiling fan or light: functional. Closet doors: operate on track.

Final Check

All lights functional. HVAC filter replaced. All windows and doors operational. Unit clean and ready for photos.
